Who We Serve

Allied Home Health Care continuously strives to improve the way we deliver care. Our goal is to treat and care for every patient as human beings, both mind and body. Our goal is to empower each person to be responsible for his/her own health and must be an active participant in his/her own healing.

To be eligible for home health care, the patient:

Must require medically reasonable and necessary intermittent skilled services

Must be homebound

Must be under the care of a doctor who determines the need for home health care and subsequently sets up and periodically reviews a home health plan of care

Home health care is also cost-efficient as it reduces the need for hospital confinement or long-term admission in a care facility. With the doctor’s approval, the patient can get treated at home or continue the recovery program outside of hospital premises. The comfort of your home.

Services are covered 100% by Medicare and Medi-Cal. Please note that insurance coverage varies with individual policies. We also do a thorough research of insurance coverage and process all claims for you.
