About Home Health Care

What Is Home Health Care?

Home health care provides medical treatment for an illness or injury, with the goal of helping you recover, regain your independence and become as self-sufficient as possible.

Who Is Eligible For Home Health Services?

Patients that require medically reasonable and necessary intermittent skilled services. Patients must be homebound and are under the care of a doctor who determines the need for home health care and subsequently sets up and periodically reviews a home health plan of care.

Who Pays For Home Health Services?

Approved services are covered 100% by Medicare and Medi-Cal. Private insurance coverage varies with individual policies. We do a thorough research of insurance coverage and process all claims for you.*
